This is a starting template appropriate for an early-stage pre-launch website (waitlist only, no sales). It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Once Pasta Forza begins selling products, these terms must be expanded to cover orders, payment, delivery, refunds, and consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law — have a solicitor review before that point.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pastaforza.com (the "Site"), operated by Pasta Forza, an Australian food business based in Melbourne, Victoria ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this Site, including by submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site currently offers

Pasta Forza is currently in a pre-launch stage. The Site provides information about our upcoming product and allows visitors to join an email waitlist. The Site does not currently sell any products or process any payments.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you will be able to purchase our product, nor does it create any contractual obligation on our part to sell to you

Intellectual property

The Pasta Forza name, logo, brand assets, and all content on this Site are the property of Pasta Forza and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

No warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is." As an early-stage, pre-launch business, product details, flavours, timelines, and availability described on this Site are subject to change without notice as our research and development progresses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasta Forza is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the business develops, particularly once we begin selling products directly. We'll update the "last updated" date above when that happens.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
